Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating and/or project management experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, corporate interiors, life sciences, education, or institutional projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & Preconstruction: review drawings, specs, bid documents; prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor proposals; develop project budgets and value engineering recommendations.
• Participate in bid reviews and client presentations.
• Manage multiple commercial construction projects; develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
