Qualifications

• Nine months training in a skilled trade.
• Three years of experience in plumbing or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification for AQT positions required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs on university facilities.
• Estimate materials and costs for projects.
• Serve as an informational resource to other staff.

Skills

Knowledge of skilled trade procedures and equipment

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical diagrams

Education

Nine months training beyond high school in a skilled trade
