Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead and direct the field team, ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery while upholding safety standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive field supervision experience, an active HVAC or Plumbing license, and strong knowledge of building codes, with English proficiency and basic computer skills essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of field supervision experience on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficiency with English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Knowledge of National Building Code and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
