Job summary

San Mateo, CA-based contractor seeks a Plumbing Project Manager to own commercial plumbing/mechanical projects from award to closeout. You’ll manage 2–3 projects concurrently and oversee work ranging from $100K to $30M, with annual project revenue of about $10M–$13M.

This role is truly end-to-end: budgets, schedules, documentation, change orders and execution under field leadership, GCs, clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of true PM experience in plumbing/mechanical construction.
• Strong commercial construction background.
• Experience owning projects beyond supervision or coordination.
• Solid understanding of project financials, scheduling, and change orders.
• Able to work directly with field leadership, GCs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from award through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and execution.
• Coordinate with field teams, GCs, and clients.
• Conduct site visits and manage project performance.
