Job summary

TDIndustries in Colorado is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to supervise, coordinate, inspect, and perform assembly, installation and repair of plumbing components for commercial and industrial projects.

You will oversee project planning, schedules, manpower, safety, and tool/material logistics, mentor craft workers, ensure compliance with drawings, plans, and OSHA guidelines, and coordinate with teams to meet construction timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs assembly, installation and repair of plumbing components.
• Oversees project planning, schedules, manpower, and staffing needs.
• Coaches, mentors, and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers; verify staff certifications.
• Inspects work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintains safety by eliminating hazards on site.
