Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing crews on large construction jobsites.
• Leadership experience required (2 years).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of multiple plumbing systems and material applications.
• Valid driver license for occasional driving of company trucks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises foreman and their crews within their specific area or portion of the project.
• Participates in job planning for work packages, site set up and construction schedules.
• Estimates worker-hour requirement to meet the needs of the construction plans.
• Exhibits a high level of safety consciousness and follows McCarthy’s safety guidelines.
• Performs testing, inspecting, and recording for all installations to ensure code compliance.
• Understanding plans, specifications, and BIM models to plan activities.
