Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating crews, reviewing plans, enforcing codes, and maintaining quality. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years plumbing experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Valid plumbing license as required by state/local regulations; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbers and apprentices on projects.
• Plan and supervise daily plumbing activities to meet plans, specs and codes.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades; report progress.
