This role requires at least 8 years of experience in plumbing system design and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. We offer a competitive salary range from $123,600 to $162,300 along with comprehensive health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience in plumbing systems design.
• Experience in the layout and design of plumbing systems including sanitary sewer and potable water.
• Strong understanding of plumbing design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop design criteria for plumbing systems.
• Layout and design plumbing systems including roof drainage.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on project tasks.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to plumbing system design

Ability to lead a building mechanical team

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
