Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Lead Plumber for residential, multifamily and light commercial service across the DMV area. This role includes a take-home company vehicle, home-dispatch scheduling, and year-round work with company-provided tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Plumbing, strong troubleshooting, service, repair and installation skills, plus the ability to mentor junior plumbers and manage calls from a home base. Valid license required.

Qualifications

5+ years of Residential, Multifamily, or Light Commercial Plumbing experience.
Strong Plumbing Troubleshooting, Service, Repair, and Installation skills.
Experience with Drain Cleaning and Sewer Line Diagnostics.
Ability to independently manage Service Calls from a home-dispatch schedule.
Strong customer communication and documentation skills.
Ability to guide or support less-experienced Plumbers in the field.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions.

Responsibilities

Handle Residential, Multifamily, and Light Commercial Service Calls.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform service, repair and installation work.
May perform Drain Cleaning, Sewer Diagnostics, Hydro Jetting and warranty calls.
Dispatch from home and manage service calls independently.
Mentor less-experienced plumbers and maintain professional communication with customers.
