Job summary

AC Corp, a Crete United company, is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial or industrial settings. You will supervise crews, ensure safety and codes, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a valid plumbing license, at least 5 years of plumbing experience with 2 in supervision, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid plumbing license as required by state/local regulations; CPR/First Aid is a plus.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and ability to read blueprints/drawings.
• Proven leadership with experience managing teams, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client, team, and management interactions.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily work activities for the plumbing crew.
• Ensure installations, repairs, and maintenance meet plans, specifications, and codes.
• Manage job site logistics, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades; provide progress updates and maintain records.
