Qualifications

• Certification and licensing required by state of residence.
• Junior plumbers are training/apprentice level.
• Lead/Master plumbers are senior and may operate their own truck.

Responsibilities

• Provides servicing, repairs, and replacements of plumbing systems.
• Applies company pricing on each call.
• Maintains a clean work area and uses floor savers in clients' homes.
• Tests all aspects of the job before leaving to ensure proper operation.
• Explains services to clients and ensures satisfaction.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in vehicles and job sites.
