Feldkamp Mechanical, a leading commercial and industrial contractor in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an experienced Foreman Plumber to lead plumbing crews on large projects. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of plumbing experience, 3+ years in leadership, and a valid Ohio Journeyman license, with strong blueprints knowledge and a safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Ohio Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or foreman experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping methods, and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Preferred: OSHA 30 Certification.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial/industrial projects.
• Plan daily work to maximize productivity.
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
• Coordinate activities with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor employee performance and promote a positive team environment.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
