Job summary

Ben’s Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Lead in Seattle to oversee and mentor a team while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on large commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong plumbing background, leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, and a PL02 license, plus the ability to manage projects, supervise installers, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in leadership plumbing roles.
• Licenses: PL02 license and valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee resolution of complex plumbing issues on industrial and large-scale projects.
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and upgrades of industrial plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Provide expert guidance for emergency plumbing scenarios.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for complex repairs and installations.
• Manage and train a team of plumbers with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work and progress.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex plumbing issues on large-scale industrial projects
• Strong physical condition to handle and transport heavy plumbing equipment
• Extensive expertise in both commercial and industrial plumbing systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current PL02 license required
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and training a team
• Compliance with state laws and insurance requirements, including a clean criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
