Job summary

Southsota Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® is seeking licensed Journeyman Plumbers for residential service. Earn potential between $100K–$150K+ with a fully stocked take-home truck, base pay plus commission, and strong dispatch support.

We offer paid holidays and PTO, training, uniforms, a fuel card, and ongoing technical development. Shifts are typical Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, with no on-call requirements and year-round residential work.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing License is required.
• Residential service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional attitude and clean workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Deliver a clean, professional customer experience.
• Maintain your truck inventory and job materials.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Operate independently while managing your own calls.
