Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform plumbing installations for residential construction and renovation projects
• Take ownership of assigned plumbing projects from start to completion
• Lay out plumbing rough-ins accurately according to plans and project requirements
• Install, modify, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform plumbing work for new construction, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and remodeling projects
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and job specifications
• Direct and work alongside a helper to complete assigned projects
• Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable codes
• Identify potential issues before they become problems and communicate them to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Represent S&S professionally with customers, teammates, and other contractors

Broomall, PA | Full-time | $30-$38 per hour, based on experience

S&S Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Lead Plumber who can take ownership of residential construction and renovation projects, confidently lay out plumbing rough-ins, and direct a helper in the field.

This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can be trusted to make sound decisions, maintain quality standards, and keep the work moving. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team while taking on greater responsibility in a growing company.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on plumbing experience
• Journeyman-level or senior plumbing experience preferred
• Experience with residential construction and renovation plumbing
• Ability to independently perform quality plumbing work
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation practices
