S&S Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Lead Plumber to own residential construction and renovation plumbing projects. The role involves laying out rough-ins, directing a helper, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

You will lead installations from start to finish, read plans, troubleshoot, and maintain safety and standards on-site. A valid driver’s license and residential plumbing experience are required, with a strong emphasis on reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform plumbing installations for residential construction and renovation projects

Lead Plumber S&S Heating and Air Conditioning

Broomall, PA | Full-time | $30-$38 per hour, based on experience

S&S Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Lead Plumber who can take ownership of residential construction and renovation projects, confidently lay out plumbing rough‑ins, and direct a helper in the field.

This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can be trusted to make sound decisions, maintain quality standards, and keep the work moving. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team while taking on greater responsibility in a growing company.

What You'll Do
