Job Description Summary

Responsible for designing and implementing security solutions to protect an organization's systems and data. Assess security risks, develop security strategies, and ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure. Additionally, provide guidance and leadership to security teams, conduct security audits, and stay up to date on the latest security threats and technologies. In this specific role the ideal candidate will balance innovation and risk, translate complex AI technologies into actionable security controls, and develop enterprise-wide security architectures that enable responsible AI adoption while protecting the organization's most sensitive data assets. The candidate will possess strong executive communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to influence across architecture, engineering, governance, and business teams.

The posting range for this position is: 173,400.00 - 251,400.00

Required Education, Certifications and Experience

Education Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Experience Required 10+ Years relevant technical and business experience working in roles, such as: Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architecture Experience establishing and leading enterprise AI security and governance programs, including securing generative AI, AI agents, machine learning platforms, and large-scale data ecosystems while partnering with key stakeholders. Experience defining and implementing security architectures for cloud and data platforms, including data protection, and regulatory compliance across complex enterprise environments.

• Effective communication skills - (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
• Demonstrates AI literacy and an understanding of generative AI tools, including appropriate business applications and limitations.
• Knowledgeable in AI security, data protection, cloud security, governance, compliance, identity security, and enterprise architecture.
• Skilled in AI risk management, security design, governance development, stakeholder engagement, technology evaluation, and strategic planning.
• Ability to drive enterprise AI security transformation, influence executive decision-making, establish governance frameworks, and enable secure adoption of AI and data-driven technologies.
