Job description

• Lead the design, delivery, and integration of security monitors, defenses, and foundational capabilities for information systems and cloud platforms
• Partner with executive teams, IT, security, and other stakeholders to translate organizational vision into secure-by-design technology and process requirements
• Design, develop, and implement security policies, architectures, and technical specifications using industry best practices
• Recommend future security and technology investments
• Represent security architecture in strategic initiatives and adoption programs
• Architect and deliver agile, secure-by-design solutions throughout the product and program lifecycle
• Provide guidance and leadership to security teams
• Conduct security audits
• Stay current on security threats and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant technical and business experience in roles such as Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architecture
• Experience establishing and leading enterprise AI security and governance programs, including securing generative AI, AI agents, machine learning platforms, and large-scale data ecosystems
• Experience defining and implementing security architectures for cloud and data platforms, including data protection and regulatory compliance across complex enterprise environments
• Knowledge of the organization's total IT environment, including MS Office and other organizational software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• AI literacy and understanding of generative AI tools, including business applications and limitations
• Knowledge of AI security, data protection, cloud security, governance, compliance, identity security, and enterprise architecture
• Skills in AI risk management, security design, governance development, stakeholder engagement, technology evaluation, and strategic planning
• Ability to drive enterprise AI security transformation, influence executive decision-making, establish governance frameworks, and enable secure adoption of AI and data-driven technologies
