Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset materials.
• Familiar with DFM, Mold Flow and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) required for the development of plastic parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design and release process for plastic components from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with suppliers on tooling and manufacturing-process development.
