Job summary

You will monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot injection molding processes, perform mold changes, and uphold safety standards. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plastic mold injection operator.
• Experience with operating and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of mold setup and changeover procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lead a team of operators, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
