Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable

• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability for plasmapheresis before venipuncture
• Respond to donor reactions according to guidelines
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
• Maintain accurate production records and donor confidentiality
• Follow SOPs and regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA, CLIA)
• Cross-train and support center operations as needed
