Job summary

Plastic Executive Recruiters is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a plastic extrusion facility in Seattle. You will oversee all plant operations, from supervision and QC to maintenance and shipping, and you will build a high-energy team focused on safety and productivity.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a polymer profile extrusion environment (decking, siding, pipe, fence, or similar) and a take-charge leadership style with strong communication. Sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a polymer profile extrusion operation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant functions, including supervision, QC, maintenance, fabrication, and shipping/receiving.
• Schedule production and manage materials, inventory, and budget.
• Ensure safety, training, and a clean, well-maintained plant environment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
