Job summary

Precision International LLC in Sistersville, WV, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead a professional team. The role focuses on safety, policy administration, production planning, and cost control.

We require a mechanical engineering background with 10+ years of hands-on management in manufacturing, plus knowledge of welding procedures; foundry experience is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in a small/medium manufacturing operation.
• CWI preferred (oversee welding procedures and development).
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical workings of equipment in manufacturing (foundry a plus).

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant is orderly and a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership and administer company policies in conjunction with executives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and permits for operation.
• Provide monthly production plan with executive management; assist in costing and pricing.
• Ensure routine training in production skills, safety, and maintenance.
• Seek cost-effective improvements in equipment and practices for quality.
• Maintain Quality Assurance system and audit processes.
• Manage corrective actions from initiation through verification.
• Prepare quality plans and procedures as needed.
• Ensure product and process quality meets customer expectations while building an efficient organization.
