JW Zepeda Law Firm in Texas is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 4–8 years of litigation experience to join our growing litigation team. This is a plaintiff-side role offering real responsibility, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to advocate for injured Texans.

You will manage a personal injury docket, develop strategies, draft pleadings, take depositions, prepare for trial, and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar in good standing.
• 4–8 years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil matters.
• Experience practicing in Texas state courts.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury docket and case strategy.
• Draft petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare for trial.
• Negotiate settlements from a prepared, strong position.
• Coordinate with paralegals and senior attorneys.
