Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Comfort managing an active caseload from intake through resolution, including depositions and motion practice.
• Trial experience or strong appetite to develop trial skills.
• Strong communicator—firm serves clients in 145+ languages and prioritizes accessibility.
• Self-motivated, client-focused, and driven by outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate personal injury matters across a broad range of case types for injured clients.
• Handle matters from intake through resolution, including depositions and motions.
