Job summary

Regional Mechanical Services LLC is seeking a Piping Fabrication Manager to lead daily piping and plumbing prefabrication operations at the fabrication shop in Pearl River, LA. You will oversee personnel, materials, workflow, safety, and quality to ensure assemblies meet drawings and delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership with a strong background in plumbing and piping systems and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and spool

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, piping systems, fabrication, or a related field.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and spool drawings.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily piping and plumbing fabrication.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and maintain an efficient production workflow.
• Review blueprints, specifications, fabrication drawings, and spool drawings.
• Ensure workmanship and completed assemblies meet quality and project requirements.
• Coordinate materials, fittings, valves, and equipment to prevent delays.
• Maintain schedules, communicate production status, and resolve issues.
• Promote safe work practices and verify assemblies before shipment.
