Worley in Long Beach, CA seeks a Senior Principal Piping Designer to provide piping design services across projects, coordinating within the team and ensuring deliverables meet regulatory and client specifications.

The role requires extensive piping design software proficiency, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and leadership on specific projects. On-site work is expected with opportunities to mentor junior designers and support project execution from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Strong piping design skills with ability to deliver quality work on time.
• Knowledge of piping design fundamentals and drafting practices.
• Experience with interfaces to other engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
• Proficiency in listed piping design software.

Responsabilités

• Deliver piping design services meeting specifications, on time and within budget.
• Develop and prepare piping design deliverables for projects.
• Participate in meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain 3D models, layouts, isometrics and construction drawings.
• Provide support during procurement, construction and commissioning.
