Job summary

Brock Built Homes is seeking a Pipe Foreman to lead utility construction crews, ensuring safe, on-time completion of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, force main, water main, and lift station work across projects in the Atlanta area.

The role requires 5+ years in underground utility construction, leadership experience, and the ability to read drawings and use survey tools. On-site conditions demand safety-first practices and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years of underground utility construction experience.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of utility crews on site.
• Plan activities, coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet schedules.
• Ensure underground utility installations meet quality standards and specs.
• Maintain safety and comply with OSHA and trench-safety requirements.
