Job summary

Brock Built Homes LLC is seeking a Pipe Foreman to lead utility construction crews across sites in the North Atlanta region. You will oversee daily field operations, enforce safety policies, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget requirements while aligning with plans and standards.

The role requires 5+ years of underground utility construction and strong leadership, drawing on experience with pipe lasers, levels, and surveying tools to verify line and grade and coordinate inspections with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; construction management training a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years of underground utility construction experience.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience using pipe lasers, builders' levels, and grade-checking equipment.
• Strong OSHA safety knowledge and excavation safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate daily utility crews.
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure underground utilities meet quality standards and project specs.
• Monitor progress, report field issues, and communicate updates to the Superintendent.
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety policies across crews.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and control project costs.
