Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for the pilot pod focused on critical remediation and piloting remediation of a few critical apps.
• Engage application owners, engineering SMEs, and business currency leads to understand architecture and constraints.
• Assess vulnerability and currency findings per application, including dependencies, blast radius, and cross-BU risks.
• Identify release constraints, change authorization, and testing dependencies for remediation approach.
• Document remediation approach and sequencing for each application delivery plan.
