The role targets candidates with Core Java experience and at least two years of work history to lead a pilot remediation pod, coordinating with application owners and engineering SMEs to define and sequence remediation for multiple applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Core Java experience required.
• High School Diploma OR GED

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for the pilot pod focused on critical remediation and piloting remediation of a few critical apps.
• For each app, engage the relevant application owner, engineering SME, and business and function currency lead to understand the application architecture, technology stack, and known remediation constraints.
• Assess the specific vulnerability and currency findings per application, including component dependencies, blast radius, and cross application or cross BU integration risks.
• Identify release constraints, change authorization requirements, and testing dependencies that will govern the remediation approach for each application.
• Document the initial remediation approach and sequencing for each application, forming the basis of the application-specific delivery plan.
