Job summary

Club Pilates Milpitas is seeking a Lead Instructor to coach and mentor a team, design engaging class plans, and deliver high‑quality Pilates sessions across levels. The role emphasizes safety, technique, and client satisfaction in a vibrant studio setting.

You will lead group apparatus classes, support staff development, and ensure alignment with Club Pilates standards, while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Capable of using contemporary approaches to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, challenging Pilates instruction across group and private formats.
• Mentor and coach fellow instructors with a leadership role.
• Develop class plans and ensure safety and alignment with Club Pilates standards.
• Maintain open availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Support equipment safety checks and provide feedback to management.
