Stride Recruitment is building a plaintiff-side personal injury practice in California. Lead Attorney will guide case strategy, hiring, brand, and firm design, joining a well-funded, mission-driven team with an existing client pipeline.

This hybrid role offers leadership influence, opportunities to grow the practice, and collaboration with marketing and product teams on client experience, while handling motor vehicle and premises liability matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff PI experience, including motor vehicle or premises liability.
• Active California bar license and residence in California.
• Strong track record of client satisfaction and ethical practice.

Responsabilités

• Represent injured clients from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation negotiation and mediation.
• Decide which cases to accept and drive strategy to maximize client recovery.
• Deliver exceptional client service, including in-person meetings when appropriate.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, brand positioning, and how the practice is built.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on client experience and differentiation.
