Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship as required by VA policy.
• MD or DO degree from a VA-approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
• Completed residency in an ACGME/AOA accredited program.
• English proficiency, both oral and written.
• Preferred: clinical leadership experience >3 years and primary care >5 years.
• Experience in women's health and chronic pain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Primary Care section within Eastern Colorado Health Care System.
• Provide direct clinical care and oversee delivery of primary care services.
• Manage resources, staff development and program operations.
• Ensure credentialing, privileging, and regulatory compliance.
• Support education, research activities, and quality improvement.
• Engage with veterans, families, and community partners.
