Defense Health Agency at Fort Meade, MD seeks a Supervisory Physician (Administration) to lead clinical operations and supervise the clinics. You will oversee physicians, nurses, PAs and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care across the department.

Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO with an active license and at least one year of supervised post-graduate experience. Strong leadership and admin skills are essential for this role in a large DoD healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited school.
• Current, active medical license in the United States.
• At least one year of supervised clinical experience after degree.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and supervise all clinic activities including diagnosis, care and treatment.
• Provide a broad range of medical services and referrals for Family Medicine.
• Administer and supervise physicians, nurses, PAs and support staff.
• Establish templates and initiatives to maximize quality of care delivery.
• Ensure QA reviews and policy updates to meet department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
