Soap Creek Resources is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Oakland, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation, leadership, and ensuring compliance with state acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited degree and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
