Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Physical Therapy as accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed or registered to practice in the practicing state.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Active member of the state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises physical therapy services.
• Provides PT services as ordered by the referring physician and delegates portions of treatment to the licensed PTA.
• Instructs staff in delegated functions, precautions, and re-evaluation plans.
• Evaluates, plans and supervises treatments with short- and long-term goals.
