Job summary

Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, provide therapeutic care, and lead the development of care plans for the therapy team.

The role requires treating patients from neonate to geriatric, collaborating with the care team, and upholding our Mission and safety initiatives. Weekend and holiday rotation with a 20-hour schedule are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy (BS OR MS or Doctorate).
• Possess current Illinois Physical Therapy license or eligible documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical therapeutic care and lead development and evaluation of a care plan for the therapy team.
• Deliver services to patients across age groups from neonate to geriatric and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Contribute to Mission and Performance Improvement / Patient Safety initiatives at Blessing Hospital.
