Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Lead Therapist PT in Minneapolis to oversee the operation and fiscal activities of the physical therapy department. This role plans and develops systems to improve operating quality, safety and efficiency, and assists with hiring, training, supervising and coaching staff.

It provides educational in-services and participates in marketing activities while managing budget, staffing, supplies, Medicare and other payment utilization.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure in Physical Therapy in good standing.
• Associate’s degree required.
