• Location: Glen Ellyn, IL.
• Shift: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
• Hours: Must be willing to work 2 evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient at 6pm)

Work Life:

• 60-minute evaluations.
• No scheduled double booking of patients.

Qualifications

The anticipated base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The total target cash compensation, including productivity and sign-on bonuses, may range from $103,000 to $136,000.

• Certification and valid state license to practice, including relevant coursework from an accredited university.
