Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in photonics and/or PCBA test engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with optical test equipment and electrical debug tools.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and coverage for photonic devices across all product lifecycle phases.
• Lead PCBA electrical test development, including ICT and functional test.
• Drive yield analysis, GR&R, SPC, and failure trend analysis.
