Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Photogrammetrist with expert mapping and geolocation accuracy knowledge. You will work with stereophotogrammetry, DEMs, and base maps to generate precise measurements and mappings.

The role requires 5–10 years of imagery experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and strong communication. You’ll support the team, report to management, and help drive process improvements in a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in photogrammetry, image science, or STEM field.
• TS/SCI clearance eligible for CI poly.
• 5–10 years working with imagery and imagery platforms.
• Experience with geolocation and mensuration assessment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Applied knowledge of sensor imaging systems and exploitation processes.

Responsibilities

• Reports to management on a weekly basis.
• Manage photogrammetry processes and procedures for the team.
• Establish team structure and cadence.
• Provide metrics, reports, and presentations as requested.
• Improve efficiency with team processes.
• Contribute to team discussions and recommend improvements.
• Support junior personnel.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop technical solutions.
• Provide photogrammetrist services and engineering support.
• Assess geolocation accuracy using verified features.
• Verify mensuration accuracy through measurement of known objects.
