Job summary

Qualifications
- High school graduate with 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Valid Nevada Pharmacy Technician certification.
- Experience with Pyxis cabinets and Pyxis server administration.
- Experience supporting Medication Safety Committees/Officer.
- Knowledge of formulary and Pyxis to EHR interface.
- A minimum of five years inpatient Pharmacy Technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of a function within Pharmacy Services as lead.
- Assigns work; monitors workflow; analyzes statistics; ensures QA.
- Provides direction to staff within assigned function.
- Schedules, trains and coordinates other Pharmacy Technicians.
- Performs the functions of a Pharmacy Technician.
