Qualifications

• 3 years of experience or 2 years with state-approved certification.
• Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license active within 90 days.
• Ability to perform IV admixture and pursue quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties for level I/II technicians under supervision.
• Assists pharmacist in training of technicians at levels I and II.
• Initiates and coordinates improvement activities as appropriate.
• Contributes to new policies and procedures implementation.
• Follows safety standards and completes required education annually.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
