Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno/Clovis CA is seeking a Team Leader of Pharmacy Compounding to supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and ensure high-quality medication preparation. The role involves training staff, maintaining sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures, and compliance with Board of Pharmacy and Federal regulations.

• 2 years of experience in a pharmacy healthcare setting.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience with interdepartmental teams preferred.
• RXTECH - State of California Pharmacy Technician License required.
• CPHT - Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians to support medication compounding and repackaging.
• Train and mentor staff in sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Board of Pharmacy, State and Federal regulations.
