SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to coordinate the daily operations within a specific service location within the Department of Pharmacy including ensuring an adequate schedule to support the work area; assessing, prioritizing and assigning daily workflow and staff assignments; and triaging issues as they arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required.
  • Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required
  • 3 years job related experience in the specific service area of Pharmacy required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Critical thinking, teaching, coaching and mentoring skills required.
  • Ability to plan and organize required.
  • Ability to relate to and collaborate professionally required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Able to sit occasionally; stand constantly; walk frequently.
  • Able to lift 0-10 lbs. constantly; 11-35 lbs. occasionally.
  • Able to carry 0-10 lbs. frequently; 11-35 lbs. occasionally.
