Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Sterile compounding experience required.
• Strong communication and patient-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PioneerRx, RX30, or similar pharmacy billing software preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide medication guidance, with a focus on diabetic patients.
• Perform and oversee sterile compounding.
• Support non-sterile compounding as needed.
• Process and verify prescriptions accurately.
• Maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
• Handle in-person and phone-based patient interactions.
• Manage inventory and proper medication storage and handling.
• Train and support pharmacy staff as needed.
