Job summary

DeliverIt Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead retail pharmacy operations in Sugar Land, Texas. This role oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Immunization certification and ability to administer vaccines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong patient care and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, leading retail operations in compliance with Texas Board requirements.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and service quality in the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, records, and HIPAA standards.
• Administer immunizations and provide patient counseling.
• Lead quality assurance, medication safety, and inspection readiness.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and other staff.
• Monitor prescription volume, staffing needs, and operational efficiency.
