Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• 1 year of retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with accuracy
• Administer vaccines as needed
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with laws including HIPAA
• Maintain professional image and pharmacy standards
• Knowledge of trade area and competition
• Create a positive pharmacy department image
• Monitor stock, inventory, policies, and budgeting
• Maintain records for controlled substances
• Follow procedures for pharmacy products from authorized sources
• Use accuracy tools and post-dispensing audit reports
• Maintain documentation for legal compliance
• Keep a clean, organized work area
• Handle product returns per policy
• Maintain equipment and reference materials
• Ensure staff knowledge of procedures
• Post signs and information professionally
• Broaden personal knowledge and skills
