Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Arkansas.
• Proven experience in pharmacy operations, including managing a retail pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• DEA registration and any other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail pharmacy.
• Manage pharmacy staff, inventory, and dispensing.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure licenses are up-to-date.
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs.
• Maintain records related to controlled substances and dispensing.
